clean room vast variety helpful staff
i stayed in a superior double or twin room, quite clean. breakfast offered a vast variety of items and i found the location very convenient, especially since it was close to the train station. the staff proved helpful . we loved the location. but the breakfast was amazing!

convenient location breakfast variety bathroom smell unresolved issue
the location near santa lucia station was convenient. it was easy to reach other areas by water taxi. breakfast offered a good variety of options.
the bathroom had a noticeable smell . i informed the front desk but the issue was not resolved. it affected the overall experience.

the location was convenient for accessing transportation.
The cleanliness was disappointing. I found hair in the shower drain and the sink was not properly cleaned, so i requested another room..
